Terms of Use

What we do

GdoctorG is a platform for finding doctors, clinics, hospitals and labs and booking appointments and tests with them. The doctors and providers are independent: we are not a medical provider, we do not give medical advice, and the care you receive is the responsibility of the provider you see.

GdoctorG is not for emergencies. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, or use the service through a parent or guardian.
• If you book for someone else, you confirm you are allowed to, and that the details you give are correct.

Bookings and payment

• A booking is for the doctor or lab, date and time shown at the time you confirm it. Fees are shown before you confirm.
• Some bookings are paid online when you make them; others are paid at the clinic or lab. We tell you which before you confirm.
• Online payments are processed by our payment partner. A booking paid online is confirmed once the payment succeeds.
• Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• give false information or book under someone else's identity without permission;
• misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or interfere with other users;
• make bookings you do not intend to keep, or abuse refunds or promotions.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and a provider may change or cancel a booking, for example because of illness or leave. If a provider cancels, our Refund & Cancellation policy explains your options.

Our responsibility

We provide the platform to connect you with providers. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the medical advice, care or conduct of a provider, or for losses that arise from a provider's actions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
